Relaxing on a volcano

At what just few years ago was a violent, chaotic and infernal fire land, few minutes of rest and meditation, produce a relaxing fusion with nature greatness.

@Devi: A bit more fashioned or up to date: "May the force be with you..." (from StarWars movies, Ha!). ✎_____________ ✔✔✔✔✔Txs4watching Devi.

maximage from Mase, Switzerland

Excellent composition. I like the diagonal. It seems very hot or... cold may be ?

@maximage: Yes Maxi, one of the good things in this capture is the composition, thanks. Even thought the sun is extremely harsh and burning, at 3400m a.s.l. it can't be hot at all, not even being in the tropics, but you have to use hi-grade sun protectors or getting a nice red skin burn. ✎__________ ✔✔✔✔✔Txs4watching

Elaine Hancock from Rockville, United States

Amazing how life returns after a such a short period of time. A wonderful black and white image. It really high lights the rugged terrain and how steep it is.

@Elaine Hancock: That's right Elaine, in the image "Wonderful birds' work" posted online on the 4 August 2014 you can watch how what your saying is totally true: It's birds job indeed. ✎__________ ✔✔✔✔✔Txs4watching
